U.S.P.T.N. AA fitness training at Unimas gym #2

The U.S.P.T.N. AA trainees continued their fitness program at Unimas and many new exercises were introduced. The best part was most these exercises could be done at home at their free time without cost of purchasing any equipments.



Simple exercises they may seem but effective they are and quite taxing as some senior elites found out.

Ah, those aching muscles...


With such great facilities that Unimas has , us officials also didn't want to waste the opportunity to tone up a little bit.


The coaches and trainees have made it a promise to keep this fitness and strengthening regime going as it is beneficial to the sport and life as well. We do recommend it to all to go out there and exercise even if its just for 10 or 15 minutes a day as good health is our wealth.
